How to delete your account from the app

Open Velotrip → Profile tab → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

How to delete your account without access to the app

Send an email to pkutkowski@gmail.com with the subject delete-account, using the email address associated with your Velotrip account.

Your account will be deleted within 7 business days of receiving the request.

What data will be deleted

• Email address and hashed password
• User ID (UUID)
• Session tokens
• All account data stored on the server

What data is NOT stored on the server

Route plans are stored locally on your device only. Deleting your account does not affect local data — to remove it, uninstall the app or use "Clear local data" in the Profile tab.
